Purpose and preparation
Connect training to the decisions each team makes and the defects the product actually has. Plan practice and follow-up evidence rather than a single awareness presentation. Include content, design, engineering, testing and procurement where relevant.
A practical example
Editors need image and heading skills while engineers need focus management and form-state testing.
How to check it
- Review recent findings and map their causes to roles and workflows. Select a small set of concrete skills for each group.
- Build practice tasks using representative components or content, with a clear expected result and a review method. Include how to ask for specialist help.
- Schedule a follow-up check in the normal production process and compare new work with the original failure patterns. Adjust training when the product or team changes.
What can be missed
Attendance does not demonstrate practical ability. Training is more useful when the team can apply it to its own work and receive specific feedback.
